Jaipur

Jaipur is the capital of the desert state of Rajasthan and known as the 'Pink City'. Sights include the City Palace, the Palace of the Winds (Hawa Mahal) and Amber Palace.  Often a visit to Jaipur is combined with a stay or visit to the nearby Samode Palace, one hour away.  Jaipur also offers the experience of getting close to wild Bengal tigers in Ranthambhore National Park; a beautiful game reserve, home to tiger, sambur, panther, marsh crocodile, sloth, bear and leopard.
