Jock Safari Lodge is located in the Southern area of the Kruger National Park half way between Skukuza and Malelane. Reached by internal flight or a 5 hour drive from Johannesburg. Jock Safari Lodge is considered a low risk malaria area, and guests are advised to take precaution. Jock Safari covers 6000 hectare within the Kruger National Park, offering guests luxurious suites and walking safaris to some of the oldest Bushmen rock art in Africa. Children are very welcome at Jock Safari, however under 16's are not permitted on walking safaris and under 7's are not permitted on Game drives. Accommodation Jock Safari's Main Jock consists of twelve individual thatched suites offering guests utmost privacy creating a unique experience surrounded by unspoilt wilderness. All suites are named after places of interest and offer queen or twin beds with personal sala (thatched viewing deck), plunge pool, romantic Victorian ball and claw bath, his and her vanities, outdoor shower, air-conditioning, fans, tea, coffee, mini bar and safe. Suites are overlooking the river offering bushveld vistas and game viewing. Little Jock offers a more personal service with only 3 suites, own chef, waitress and ranger. Facilities Jock Safari offers guests a selection of Game Drives and Walks, Pilgrims rest relaxation retreat, fauna & flora, birdwatching, Rock art and star gazing.
