"Couple the fast-paced city life of Bangkok with the luxury paradise of Bali in this exquisite twin centre trip."

Immerse yourself in the thriving street scene of Bangkok with delicious food and colourful temples before diving into the stunning scenery of beach-ringed Bali.

Bangkok is a must-do on any Thai itinerary, so make the most of your short city adventure by experimenting with a rich blend of flavours and cultures. Visit glimmering Buddhist temples before worshipping consumer gods in the shiny giant malls. Slow down the pace as you fly to Bali with its verdant rice paddies, swaying palm trees and ivory sands. Hinduism still thrives here, displayed in the countless roadside shrines and ornately-designed temples.

Weather

Bangkok has a tropical monsoon climate and the highest average temperature of any city in the world. Temperatures in Bangkok regularly peak above 30°C throughout the year. The period between November and February is the driest period in Bangkok; September is the wettest month on average. The humidity levels also remain high during this period. The climate in Bangkok is at its hottest from March to August. If you visit between May and October expect short spells of rainy weather, with frequent afternoon showers, monsoons and spells of thunder at times. Given Bali's proximity to the equator, the island's weather is reliably hot and sunny. There are two distinct seasons: the dry season lasts between May and September and the wet season runs from October to April. Even in the wet season it is likely to be sunny for a good part of the day, and the rainfall is never too high. The best time to visit Bali is between May and July, when temperatures are hot and the days are at their longest.
