The water at the hotel is drawn from an underground source and mixed with a little tap water for use in all the hotel's facilities. Weather

Most visitors choose to visit Kyoto during the months of spring and autumn, when temperatures are most appealing and the weather is stable and predictable. Outside of these seasons, Kyoto’s weather can be somewhat hard to predict, with sticky and hot summer conditions and icy winters. Visiting in spring allows for wonderful scenery as the cherry blossoms explode into colour.
