Tokyo’s traditional seasonal weather sees favourable conditions for most of the year, with fairly high daytime temperatures even through the winter months. Temperatures soar in the summer, and the rainy season of June and the typhoon season of September bring abundant rainfall and a humid, muggy atmosphere. The best time to visit Tokyo is in autumn, from late September to November, when days are pleasant and skies are clear.
