The resort has two lagoon-shaped swimming pools set amid tropical gardens, open from 7am to 8pm each day. The children's pool and waterslide is open from 7am to 7pm. The activities pool and whirl pool are open from 7am to 8pm.

Penang’s equatorial climate means high heat, high humidity and high rainfall all year round. There are two main seasons – the dry season from December to March and the wet season from April to November. However, Malaysia is affected by two monsoon seasons so wet weather is always a possibility. Most people opt to visit Penang during the dry season, when rainfall and humidity are at their lowest.
