Sentosa's location just north of the equator gives it a tropical rainforest climate, with hot and humid weather throughout the year. The monsoon period arrives around November, bringing high humidity and frequent downpours. Rainfall levels are quite high throughout the year due to the high levels of humidity in the area. However, the warm climates make Sentosa an agreeable destination.
