The lavish resort offers sumptuous dining options for its guests. Authentic Thai cusine is served in the Chantara Restaurant with its wonderful vistas of the bay. Guests can dine indoors or al fresco, and a buffet breakfast is also served here each morning. Food at the Santhiya is fresh, delicious and healthy, with BBQ dishes taking centre stage at the gorgeous beach side restaurant. There really is nothing quite like enjoying gourmet food underneath the stars.
Koh Phangan enjoys a tropical climate, with lots of sunshine and high humidity. There are three main seasons: the dry season, from January to April; the hot season, from May to September; and the wet season, from October to December. Most people opt to visit during the dry season, when the climate has a comfortable average of 28°C, although the weather can still be agreeable up to August, despite the occasional shower. Koh Phangan's wet season is very turbulent, with monsoons and strong winds commonplace.
