Dining offers a number of exciting options. The Cove, located on the beachfront and featuring open kitchens, serves international and Asian melting-pot cuisines. Mare is the resort’s signature Italian restaurant with its own bar and wine room, overlooking the beach and serving pizza and pastas during the day with classic Italian dishes in the evenings. Luna features a large outdoor terrace with lounge style seating and serves delectable Mediterranean and Asian tapas. Splash is the main swim-up bar while Ripples serves snacks and refreshments at the edge of the adult pool. Take a break from the water park and refresh yourself at the Lobby Lounge with uninterrupted ocean views, or at Beachcomber beach bar.
Phuket has a tropical monsoonal climate, with the rainy season beginning earlier than in northern Thailand, starting in May but generally ending late October. Apart from the period between mid-September and mid-October when the rain falls steadily, most monsoon days are rain-free save for showers in the afternoon. The best months to visit Phuket are from November to February, when temperatures are comfortable, skies are clear and blue and humidity is low. This is the high season, with the majority of visitors coming over for the Christmas and New Year period.
