On board accommodation comes in the form of Superior State Rooms, Deluxe State Rooms and the top of the range Junior Suites. Deluxe State Rooms and Junior Suites are situated on the upper deck and feature their own private balconies. Junior Suites also come with their own private jacuzzis for that additional touch of luxury.

Halong Bay's climate is humid and tropical, with two distinct seasons. Summers are hot and humid, lasting from around April to September, and winters are dry and cold, lasting from October through March. It is best to visit during the dry season, although from December to February the weather can be cool and overcast, causing low visibility. Storms are likely during summer.
