"From the bright lights of Bangkok to the raw, untouched beauty of Khao Lak; experience two polar sides of Thailand."

The sheer contrast of these two destinations displays perfectly the major draw of a multi centre trip. Enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city before seeking solace on pristine sands.

Bangkok is an explosion of sights, sounds and aromas, colourful spirituality juxtaposed with slick modernity. The city has it all, with new experiences around every corner. Khao Lak, on the other hand, is the epitome of tropical paradise - a haven of tranquility unmarred by tourism. Discover deserted beaches and lush jungle, complemented by the exquisite luxury of high-end hotels.

Bangkok has a tropical monsoon climate and the highest average temperature of any city in the world. Temperatures in Bangkok regularly peak above 30°C throughout the year. The period between November and February is the driest period in Bangkok; September is the wettest month on average. The humidity levels also remain high during this period. The climate in Bangkok is at its hottest from March to August. If you visit between May and October expect short spells of rainy weather, with frequent afternoon showers, monsoons and spells of thunder at times. The Khao Lak weather is split into two seasons, the dry season from November to April and the wet season from May to October. The most popular time to visit is during the dry season, particularly at Christmas and New Year. Although there is still sunshine during the wet season and these days many restaurants, bars and shops remain open, sun bathing and swimming is not great during this period, so beach lovers are advised to visit during the winter months.
