20 Days Grand Tour of Malaysia & Borneo
"Mix and match Peninsula Malaysia and the island of Borneo with this all-encompassing trip that unveils natural beauty and captivating cities."
Your tour of the Malaysian Peninsula begins in the cosmopolitan capital of Kuala Lumpur, a diverse city where an amalgamation of designs, cultures and cuisines blend beautifully together. Take a walk around the handsome colonial district of Merdeka Square before grabbing a bite to eat in nearby Chinatown. A day trip south to Melacca allows you to experience the old-world charm of the busy trade city, where you can visit a handful of historical relics including fortresses and temples. Visit the Cameron Highlands and the Belum Rainforest before stopping in Penang - your final destination on the peninsula. Your flight takes you to Kuching, capital of Sarawak on Borneo. This stylish city is perfect for wandering, as multi-cultural delights lie around every corner. Borneo is thriving with nature, and a boat ride on the Damai Peninsula will see you search for the curious Irrawaddy Dolphin, as well as crocodiles who live on the banks of the mangrove forests. No trip to Borneo would be complete without a visit to an Orangutan Sanctuary. A walking tour allows you to witness the animals in their lush jungle habitat. Complete your holiday with a stay at a resort in coastal Karambunai, where you can enjoy some well-deserved beach time.
