"Located close to Senggigi, Puri Mas stretches across two resorts - Beach Resort and Spa Resort found just minutes apart."
Accommodation is set between the two resorts and is designed in an Indonesian style. Each resort provides ultimate levels of luxury within wonderful surroundings.
The Beach Resort is the original Puri Mas, established in 1987 by Dutch owner Marcel De Rijk. The resort, originally built as a tribute to De Rijk's grandparents, enjoys a coastal location, its infinity pool sitting directly on a rugged white and black volcanic sand beach. This area of the resort was designed to represent a typical Indonesian village with a strong Balinese influence. It encompasses all that is unique to Indonesia; pathways meander through colourful tropical gardens, rooms display ornate carved windows and doors, traditional thatched rooves and dainty terraces decorated with antique furniture, local fabrics, arts and crafts.
You will instantly unwind and melt into the beauty of your surroundings. The unique architectural style of the Balinese is very apparent in all of the seventeen individualized rooms, suites and villas. Carvings are delicately hand painted in traditional pastel hues of rose pink, blue and green, enhanced with the splendor of gold. Puri Mas Boutique Hotel has become a showcase of Indonesian artworks and antiques displayed in each room.

Lombok's tropical climate gifts it beautiful weather all year round. There are two distinct seasons - the wet season and the dry season - although Lombok's wet season is far drier than Bali's. The dry season lasts from May to September and the wet season lasts from October to April. Most people opt to visit during the dry summer months, although the wet season is less humid. A great time to visit is during September, just at the turn of the seasons, when the weather is hot, sunny and fine.
